Descriptions, features, availability and starting prices are provided for general information. They may vary by location, configuration, team requirements and the terms agreed for a particular workspace.

An enquiry, phone call or tour request does not by itself reserve a workspace or create a lease, membership or service agreement. Any workspace arrangement is subject to separate written terms agreed with AJ Workspace.

The calculator is a planning aid. Its estimates use general desk-area and optional-space allowances and are not architectural, engineering, legal or financial advice.

• Actual usable area and common-area allocation vary by building.
• Fit-out, safety, accessibility and regulatory requirements may change the area needed.
• Confirm final requirements with qualified advisers and AJ Workspace before making a decision.

Response times mentioned on the website are service aims rather than guarantees.

The AJ Workspace name, site design, written content, images and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not copy or commercially reuse its materials without permission.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will always be current. To the extent permitted by law, AJ Workspace is not responsible for decisions made solely from website content or calculator estimates.
